What is a dental bottle teat?
The Difrax Dental Bottle Teat is specially designed for babies who tend to choke easily or for whom the standard size S teat flows too quickly. The bottle teat has a flat nozzle with a hole at the top. This design allows the milk to spread more evenly in the mouth before swallowing, which helps prevent choking and makes it easier for the baby to regulate the flow.
It’s ideal if your baby takes about 15 to 20 minutes to finish a bottle, as this ensures proper digestion and satisfies their natural sucking needs.
The dental bottle teat fits all versions of the narrow Difrax S-bottles (170 ml, 250 ml, and the 240 ml handle bottle). Suitable from birth, including for premature babies and those with reflux.
