The slow-flow insert controls the rate of drinking to reduce choking risk. How to use the Genius Training Cup

Start with the insert in place (130ml capacity, slow-flow valve active). As your child's confidence grows, adjust the two-position valve to increase flow. When they're ready for the next stage, remove the insert entirely and use it as a full open cup (150ml capacity).
